It's 1.19 acres. One would have to go to the township to determine variance requirements from a frontage standpoint...which we believe to be only 1' foot. Owner has no survey, but....it appears from the tax map that it meets those requirements. Only the township would know....how one should proceed. A variance would be required for the frontage. .
