Welcome to our awesome tiny home in Golden! Ready for those breathtaking views and super chill vibes? Perfect for extended hang, we've got all you need. Close to hiking, cool food spots, and brewery tours. 15 mins and you're at Red Rocks, Denver, all the good stuff. Plus, easy-peasy light rail to hot venues and the airport. This place is cozy warm in the winter with high-tech smart home radiant heat and cool in the Summer with AC. Hope to see you here soon ;) We are flexible with your stay. We will adjust the damage deposit and stay rate based upon the length of stay. We can accommodate weekly, monthly, or multi-month stays. All utilities (gas, water, electricity, WIFI) will be charged separately. There is not washer/dryer in the unit, but we are willing to charge a small fee for weekly washing of sheets and towels.
