This is a lovely second floor, one bedroom apartment. There is a walk in closet in the bedroom and a linen closet in the hallway outside the bathroom. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen and a small bonus room off of the kitchen. Past occupants have used the bonus room for everything from a pantry, office, or small guest room. There are hardwood floors throughout except in the kitchen. There is an old fashioned back porch which overlooks a garden. Sitting out there with a morning cup of coffee or a late night glass of wine is very serene and relaxing. The kitchen, which has a gas stove. Four times a year each tenant receives a water/ trash / sewage bill and of course you would have electricity and cable to pay. Since the stove is gas, there is a very small gas bill. It is only for the stove of this apartment. All in all this is a great place for the price. We require a year's lease and DO check references. No pets. This is a quiet, well maintained building.
