It also has a sound machine for restful sleep, large window that brings in natural light, and all updated furniture. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a sliding glass door, a hand shower, a sink, and a vanity mirror. It is fully equipped. The kitchen is an L-shaped modular design with quartz countertops and natural light throughout the day. It has a toaster oven, convection microwave, coffee maker, stovetop, dishwasher, and updated stainless appliances, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The dining area is part of the living room, creating an open layout that feels casual and connected with its bench seating and natural wood table. In the living room, you'll find a cozy sofa that pulls out into a queen bed, a chair, a coffee table, a console table, a side table, smart TV, ceiling fan, and a rug. There's also lovely artwork and good natural light throughout the space. A flexible space in the living room is ideal for anyone working remotely or studying. The outdoor areas are a significant bonus. You'll have access to a well-designed backyard with dining area, BBQ, fire table, twinkly lights, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. The Guesthouse shares a wall, but has it's own private entrance, backyard, and patio. This is a fully furnished mid-term vacation rental, 1-9 months only. Not a long-term rental. Owner pays for all utilities including Internet. Tenant is responsible for wear and tear on any furnishings, appliances, and decor. There is absolutely no smoking (cigarettes, vaping, and drugs) allowed anywhere on the property. Street parking is readily available. A hypoallergenic small dog may be considered with owner approval and an extra deposit and fee.
