(Save roughly ~$75/mo.) * No move-in fee or last month's rent required. * I'll also be REFUNDING you the Application Fee ($75) once you're approved and have signed the sublease for 10/1. * It's an elevated first floor unit (about 5 steps up) with lots of light and a super high ceiling. * The apartment has a smart lock and its own private entrance, for those of us who are more introverted or take social distancing extra seriously. * It's in a truly convenient area. It's a 10 min walk to the Belmont Blue Line Station (not really relevant now, again thanks a lot Covid, but maybe soon we'll be able to take public transportation again without actually risking our lives), and a couple of minutes' drive to the 90/94. There's a Target and a Jewel within 10 mins walking distance, and an awesome Korean grocery store about 15 mins walk away. (Joong Boo Market! With $25 sashimi platters every Wed & Fri that will feed four people. It's really good sashimi too!) * Neighborhood is nice, safe, quiet. I was surprised considering how close it is to the freeway and stores, but it's a really charming residential area. * Revolution Brewery & Taproom is literally right around the corner. * Landlord, property manager, and maintenance folks are all great people. They're awesome and helpful and super responsive to requests. * Laundry room in basement. Only $1 for wash/dry, but might be haunted. * Parking is so easy. I've never had to park more than half a block away and any guests you have won't have a hard time finding parking either. In conclusion, this is a genuinely lovely, reasonably priced apartment in a great area with awesome management.
