The house is five minutes from Oakland, Lawrenceville, Bloomfield, and Downtown and just fifteen minutes from Shadyside, and Squirrel Hill in a very quiet, diverse, crime free neighborhood. 5 rooms (not including bathroom), Radiant heat, Washer and Dryer, Kitchen appliances, Yard care, Filtered Water, Recycle Bin, Dry basement and Off-street parking.
