Nice bungalow. All original redwood siding, just needs paint, with original wood floors. The original tongue and groove redwood panels are mostly on inside walls, but are covered now with sheetrock, but it makes for great insulation. The house all works fine and is completely stable. It just needs front and back porch redo and some paint. The garden is being developed.
