Just 2 1/2 blocks from an eleven-minute light rail ride to Exchange Place, this recently renovated apartment has a huge backyard, sun porch, very large open-concept living/dining room, and a chef's kitchen with 2 ovens, a 6-burner stove and a dishwasher.
The bathtub has a rain shower, a hand-held wand and a bidet (oh la la!). We have central air and heat and our own washer and dryer down one flight.
Your sunny room has 2 windows, a full bed, antique dresser, bookshelves, end table and glass lamp. There's a small closet and more storage elsewhere. There's also additional space for a small desk.
Application, financials (3 months bank statements, 4 pay stubs (if working at regular job, if not, proof of reliable income and/or assets) credit check) and criminal background check. Deposit upon signing, rent paid in full day before 1st of month. 1 year lease. No smoking or illicit drugs of any kind on or around premises. No pets. Alternating cleaning schedule of common areas (every other week) in addition to maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on a daily basis. Overnight guests by prior arrangement only. Other terms to be discussed before signing.

I'm an offbeat composer. I want someone kind who'd enjoy chatting at the kitchen counter, while still respecting each other's need for down time. I'm not moody even when I'm in a bad mood & expect the same from others. A clean house is important to me.
