There are some furnishings already in the shared spaces; additional furniture can be added in coordination with the housemate. Kitchen includes new dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. Housemate has other small appliances such as toaster oven. Brand new high-efficiency furnace and exterior painting. There is limited shared storage available in the garden shed for garden/lawn items. Housemate - A mature, easy-going, and respectful man who works locally in Castle Rock. Misc - No tobacco smoking on the property. Yard care and sidewalk shoveling are responsibilities of both tenants. Pets - The other tenant co-owns a dog that stays frequently. No additional pets please. Logistics - Rent is $1950/month and includes trash, water, HOA fees, electric, gas, and monthly house cleaning. Internet is not included.
