RESIDENCY HISTORY: We will be verifying residency for the past 24 months uninterrupted. Your rental verification must reflect timely payment, appropriate notice to vacate, no complaints, no NSF Checks, no damage to the property, no violence reported and the property was left in clean condition upon vacating. Any applicant with a history of an EVICTION FILING or LANDLORD JUDGEMENT/COLLECTIONS for rent owed or damages is an automatic denial.
