Current rental property, lease ends june 30th. House needs work. New carpet, two bathrooms need renovated, outdoor patio needs work, to my knowledge pool will need extensive repairs as well. Great home, affordably priced for someone who can renovate most of the work themselves. Not interested in listing with an agent so please don't waste your time.
