I really love the home and enjoy living in Potter! I haven't found any major problems with this home. It is VERY well built and structurally sound. Made with better wood than by today's standards, A little history, back in the day this charming home was a boarding house for the trains-men working on the railroad. CUSTOM built by Rose, who ran the boarding house and cooked on an antique cast iron stove. If your not interested in having an Airbnb, would also be perfect for a family with children. Bedrooms are good sized!! All bedrooms upstairs can fit a king sized bed! Bedrooms downstairs fit a queen. Three of the bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs. Water, trash and sewer are a fixed rate of $97.00 a month as town does not have water meters. Cost of living in Potter is low. I had searched for years looking for the PERFECT Thanksgiving home.
