    Nice little rental property at the end of the road in a cul-de-sac. Home is a typical three-bedroom, two-bath ranch. All living is one level and one bedroom has its own in-suite bath. Shotgun floor plan with hall bath and three beds down the hall. Kitchen partially open to living room. Large attached one-car garage off kitchen in what could be another sleeping or common space. Large flat yard and private open deck for enjoying the mountain air. We've had plumber, electrician, interior junk removal firm and maid service completed. A pipe burst was recently repaired in crawl space so there may be some temporary residual moisture there. A formal pre-inspection by Reinspex is attached in documents in the MLS. Based on the summary, I think it's a good house and report. Also, radon reported in a 0.8% - far below the old 4.0 criterion. Location is incomparable. Great starter home or student rental and you're in East Boone so close to App State, town, microbreweries, skiing, hiking, Blue Ridge Parkway. Come and get it while the gettin's good.
