Among other things, the suite offers a kitchen living room combo, a large bathroom with stand up shower, full size bed on platform frame for extra storage space underneath, on site portable washer/dryer, a fold down sofa, a storage closet, a small kitchen table, all basic housewares, and a smart TV so tenant can watch free streaming apps or login to their own streaming services. *Utilities: The suite does offer basic WiFi but if the tenant would need stronger WiFi/cable, that would be at their own expense. Completion of an application with references required. One year lease minimum. A six month lease will be considered but rent will increase to $1100.00 per month.
