The house was redlined (modified) to enlarge t/upstairs closets so they're all walk-ins. Large attic space added to each bedroom's closets due to not having a basement. Grabbed every inch we could during construction for storage or added living sq footage. Added another linen closet in the upstairs hall. Enlarged T/Jack-Jill full bath & bonus bath, having a walk-in shower w/glass enclosure. Kitchen was upgraded to designer shaker cabinets w/white/gray granite not offered by builder. The high end stainless sink was provided by us to the granite installer, and is flanked by 2 high-end Maytag dishwashers. All chandeliers were replaced by designer, lights switches were upgraded to flat toggles with dimmers. The garage is a large 2.5 car structure with custom storage cabinets. Extensive landscape architecture throughout the front and backyards which includes a high end hot tub. Lanai has privacy and a gorgeous view of the sunsetting that we cannot take credit for!
