The patio faces the South Boulder Creek (this property is on the creek). You will hear the river in the summer time . There are 2 parking spaces available. This is a 3.5 month rental. 1 small well behaved dog ok. This is a unique opportunity to live in the village of Eldorado Springs. Eldorado State Park is a 5 minute walk from the home with ample hiking and climbing available just out the door. In the photo of the home and property, the rental cabin is on the far right, attached to the larger home by a roof line and small covered patio. In the photo of the whole property the cabin is to the right of the larger home. There is 1 friendly lab that lives on the property as well. The water to the unit is the famous Eldorado Springs Artesian water and tastes delicious!
