Details: You pay $695/month, plus electric, water (quarterly through city) and internet/cable if you wish -- heat is baseboard heating which is included in the rent which is great, because Wisconsin. This price does change if you have animals. You can have up to two cats, one dog, or one dog and one cat together. There are additional deposits and monthly fees if you have those, which I would love to explain to you if you're interested! There are no smoking rules, but I have NEVER smoked in here.
