This apartment is fully furnished, and all bills are paid (electricity, water, internet). It has recently been renovated with new paint and flooring. It has a fully furnished full kitchen. Other amenities include a queen-sized bed, kitchen and bathroom linens, 50-inch smart TV (so you can use your own streaming accounts), toaster, coffee pot, and microwave, all cooking utensils, etc. It also has a detached laundry room with washer and dryer. This laundry room is shared with one other tenant. One covered parking space is provided. There are other parking areas provided, but only one is covered. This apartment is set up for short term rental (1 month minimum). If you are needing a fully furnished temporary place to stay but don't want to pay hotel prices, this may be the place for you. We have housed numerous traveling nurses, Goodfellow students/trainers, traveling businesspeople, etc. We have housed people from 1 month up to 3.5 years. The apartment is located at the back of our property, but very private. It is a very safe, quiet neighborhood. It feels like you are in the country, but you are in the city limits. The view from your front porch is a mesquite field. No pets/No smoking. We do require you to fill out a very short and easy application and a $500.00 refundable deposit before moving in. Owner pays all bills. The lease agreement is month to month. If your job situation causes you to have to leave without notice, we understand. You will be reimbursed a prorated amount of rent as well as your entire security deposit, minus any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Owner pays all utilities. The apartment is fully furnished including furniture, appliances, linens, and kitchenware. The apartment has a small yard that the owner maintains. The lease is month to month. We understand that situations change and tenants may need to leave without notice. All we ask is that you let us know as soon as you know you will be leaving. Rent will be pro-rated and full security deposit will be returned minus any damages.
