It is 20 minutes drive to LMU at Cumberland Gap in Harrogate, TN, and one hour drive south to Knoxville. Gorgeous mountain views all around and a view of the beautiful Norris Lake right out your front window. (It's best from March to September) This house is bright inside on sunny days. The side deck/patio is perfect for you to relax, breath the fresh air and enjoy stargazing at night. Big land around the house is excellent for hiking or playing sports without driving out from this house. You can walk across the street to launch your canoe or fishing. The public dock on Norris Lake is a walkable distance, just across highway 25E. Each bedroom is the same size, about 10 X 10. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other two bedrooms have full-size beds. The furniture in the photos will stay. Washer/dryer set is in the basement for you to use. The house is on the well and septic system, well water is clean and drinkable! In addition, the house is also equipped with a water filter system. Renters will pay the electric bill and internet bill only. One year lease is preferable, but will accommodate short-term lease with additional charge. Maximum 4 people. Adults only are preferable! Pets are generally allowed, but contact for pets fee base on your situation. No smoking of any kinds inside of the house allowed. Renter pays electric bill and internet bill.
