Tenants are then invoiced monthly based on the previous month's utility usage. PARKING: The house is next to Oly Dog Groomers whom we share a driveway with. The house has a covered carport for a single vehicle, and one space behind that for additional off-street parking, however Division street directly in front of the house always has ample parallel parking on both sides of the street. YARD SPACE: The house has a large enclosed back yard with multiple gates, a big tree, landscaping, and an outdoor small shed for tools. One gate opens into the covered carport. MAINTENANCE: A landscaper keeps the the lawn and shrubbery around the property and neighboring division street properties well-maintained. The property manager also has a wonderful on-call repairman who is easy to reach for quick fixes and any issues that arise. MANAGEMENT: The property manager is always accessible by phone and lives in East Olympia, around 20 minutes away.
