(Will include washer and dryer upon request for an additional $50 dollars of asking price, per month) - Property comes with all necessary kitchen appliances; Refrigerator, Dish washer, stove/oven, microwave. - 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor complete with closets - 2nd floor loft area - 2nd floor full bathroom - Attic for additional storage space - 1 car garage along with driveway/carport - Screened in porch *For additional details contact owner. *A detail description of responsibilities will be provided and revied with by the renter and I prior to agreement. *Basic terms are as follows. - Utilities are not included - I have a terminator spray the home twice a year. - Pets are allowed with the exception of cats due to a cat allergy my daughter has, but a one-time pet deposit of $300 will be required to go along with 1st/last month's rent. - There will be no smoking in doors, but I'll make an exception for vaping and hookah. - There is space for two vehicles to park, any additional will have to use a visitor parking space If staying for prolonged period of time and or overnight. - Small social gatherings are allowed, but please do not have any wild parties in my home. - All preexisting damages will be annotated while conducting walk through, tenant will not be liable for damages upon end of contract. - Any damages NOT caused by natural occurrences or general ware and tare will be fixed with funds out of security deposit. (IE, walls; holes or scratches/ floors scratches or damage to carpets etc.) - Any natural damage or damages due to normal ware and tare will be fix by the owner. (IE, water heater, A/C, storm damage etc.) * All incidents will be reviewed with the tenant and myself and course of action will be determined from that point. * I am flexible and understanding. I am pricing rent for $200 below market value. I don't believe in breaking people's pockets or asking for more than necessary. All that I ask is that you are honest, upfront, responsible, and respect my property.
