Our area is very quiet and safe and close to I-40 and I-85. This place is ideal for Duke graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, nurses and Duke employees. It is exactly 2.3 miles and 5 minute drive to Duke Medical Center and West campus, 10 minute drive to Durham downtown, 20 minute drive to UNC-Chapel Hill and Research Triangle Park. Kitchen has a refrigerator, 2 burner induction stove top, a microwave/induction oven, an air fryer, blender, coffee maker with all utensils for cooking and eating. Living room has a pull out couch, a chair, a smart TV and a desk with chair for work and a storage cabinet. Bedroom has a queen size bed. a dresser and a closet. We have an outside gas grill that can be used. Regarding cleaning, we have a contract with the cleaning service on a monthly basis. There is an additional $80 fee per month. I need a minimum of 1 year lease signed and a month rent deposit with one reference to contact. Owner pays for all the utilities-includes electricity, water and wifi.
