Our home will be finished October 26th, and we will be ready to put this house on the market shortly after. This was my house prior to my parents purchasing it and it has been in our family since 1996. The house has been structurally perfect since new with no issues. It went through an interior remodel 10 years ago. This is a great home in a very desirable neighborhood and school district. We will post pictures once my parents have moved. We will pay a 3% fee for a buyers broker. We are allowing $5000 to the buyer for any repairs or remodel that may be needed once my parents have moved.
