This is a beautiful, comfortable, quiet property with easy access to all of Atlanta. With four spacious bedrooms, a huge storage room which could be used as an additional bedroom, and a large walk in laundry room, you will have more than enough space to feel completely at home. Upstairs the primary room can fit a king size bed, the bathroom has double vanity as well as a large glass shower. We used two of the other rooms as our separate offices and the fourth bedroom as a guest room. Our favorite feature is how much natural light there is. With large insulated windows throughout the entire home each room gets lots of natural light. Downstairs is a very spacious living area with two large sliding glass doors which act as floor to ceiling windows in the living area. It is one of our favorite parts of this space. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Maytag five top burner gas stove and oven, microwave, full size Frigidaire refrigerator and freezer with ice maker/dispenser as well as filtered water dispenser. The sink is a large double sized tub sink with a garbage disposal and adjustable faucet head. The full size laundry room is its own separate room with available washer and dryer hookups. It also offers additional storage space. The high fenced back patio is quite large for a townhome and offers great privacy. Perfect for hanging out and relaxing or letting your pet out to use the restroom and get some air. (Just make sure you pick up after them.) You can also access the shared lawn space outside the gate. Parking couldn't be easier. We have a reserved space out front but there is always parking for an extra car right out front. For guests it's easy to always find a space. The front door is keyless entry with a coded padlock so you don't have to worry about forgetting your key. One of my favorite features is that the home is only a minute from 285 and 85, without hearing the highway! You can get to anywhere you need to be in Atlanta so quickly. The Embry Hills area across the street also has so much to offer. There is a new Kroger Grocery store, Starbucks, USPS, UPS, Wells Fargo, Truist, Planet Fitness, Jersey Mike's, Three Dollar Cafe a great brand new mexican restaurant and a delicious new hibachi sushi restaurant just to name some of what is less than a minute away. Plus it's straight shot to Hartsfield Jackson International Airport! If you ever have any questions, concerns or just want recommendations we are always happy to help.
