There is a central heating gas furnace with ducts to each room, so it's easy to stay warm. The unit has its own dedicated gas water heater. The unit has a portable air conditioner. Your private washer / dryer is in the unit. BACKYARD GARDEN There are a number of large garden beds in the shared backyard behind the unit that's available to you for growing vegetables and flowers.
