Completely updated home. Laminate (faux hardwood) floors in livingroom & den, Capet in bedrooms, commercial grade vinyl (faux tile) in bathrooms and kitchen. We replaced the master bath tub with a 1920's claw foot bath tub. All light fixtures have been updated (or ceiling fans added), the fireplace was converted to a ventless gas log system, cabinets have been added in the mid room to provide additional pantry space. All windows were replaced with premium energy saving windows in 2017. The roof was replaced with a metal (lifetime warentee) roof in 2016. All windows have faux wood adjustable blinds on them. Crown molding was added throughout. Covered front porch with swing, split level screened in back porch with dimmer and timed lighting. 1 deck and two patios, one of which has a fire pit in the center. Speakers on the fire pit patio and on the screened in porch are run inside to the den, where you can connect via Bluetooth for entertainment. This house is connected to city water, but there is an outside faucet, above the old well, that still works (we use it to water the plants in the front yard) at the flag pole, there is a small pond with two raised flower beds all surrounded by dry stack creek rocks. I've tried explaining the creative and updated touches of this home... but it's truly something that you just have to see to appreciate!
