The apartment has a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Wood floors except in the kitchen and bathroom. Total square footage in the apartment is around 900. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, located in the kitchen. There is not a separate dining space but there is a space for a dining table in the kitchen. There are doors between the kitchen and living room, and the living room and hallway which leads to the rooms and bathroom, allowing for some more privacy and sound buffering as needed. The apartment gets a lot of natural light during the day and has great airflow. Even when it's hot outside the apartment can stay pretty cool with open windows. The location is off Alcatraz near Adeline and is convenient for accessing public transit with Ashby bart 0.4 miles away and the 688, 88, 12, and F bus stops within a 5 minute walk. The Adeline farmers market on Tuesdays is one block away with a nice selection of local produce and other goods. Street parking is easy to find, even though it does get a little competitive while the farmers market is going on Tuesdays. Rent is $1,150 per month per person and utilities come out to be a couple hundred per month per person. Deposit is $1000. Cats are welcome with an additional $500 deposit. The apartment is needing some furniture since my roommate took a lot of the existing furniture when they moved. There is a couch in the living room but if you have any furniture to contribute to the space, that would be great! Lease duration currently month to month but possibly open to negotiation
