It is close and ideal distance for healthcare workers at Keck Medicine of USC, Garfield and Alhambra Medical Center and about a 25 minute drive to CHLA. There is a beautiful front and backyard with many fruit trees. After a long day of work, you'll come back to a place called HOME. With some outdoor furniture, you can enjoy the sunset in the backyard. Utilities will be in owner's name, but tenant will be responsible for reimbursing landlord for all utilities. Landlord pays for gardener and internet. RENTER'S INSURANCE is required, income required needs to be 3x monthly rent. Credit score must be 700+. One month security deposit required.
