Home was lovingly updated by the previous owner over his 7 year ownership of this home. He added dual zone HVAC, dual pane windows, updated the Kitchen and bath as well as completely re-wiring the home. His last update was to replace the roof during which time he framed in dutch gables to really add some additional character to roof line.
