Alterations & Installations No painting, remodeling, or installing fixtures without written consent. TV wall mounts is only with provided rack. Do not affix items that cause wall or surface damage. 7. Parking & Vehicles Park only in designated areas (garage/driveway). No parking on grass. No inoperable or unregistered vehicles stored on the property. 8. Noise & Conduct Follow all city and HOA rules. No excessive noise or disturbances after 10 PM. Tenant responsible for conduct of guests. 9. Move-Out Requirements Provide 30-day written notice before moving out. Property must be returned clean and undamaged. All keys, remotes, and access devices must be returned. AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. Minimum one-year lease. Rent $2,099 per month, due on the 1st of each month. First months rent plus a security deposit equal to one months rent is due at signing. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenants agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the HOA.
