Lots of room for parking with one covered spot No cats. No smoking of any kind. UTILITIES included in rent: water, electricity, propane/gas, trash, gardener. Internet must be set up through tenant. .Mail must be delivered to a PO Box. Call for appointment to see the house. Utilities included in rent are electricity, gas/propane, water, gardener, and trash pick up. No smoking of any kind. Two large dogs allowed. (coyotes are known to jump fences in area) Dog must be indoors at night for safety. No cats. Pet rent is $50 per dog additional per month. There is one covered parking area but room for two more cars next to it. Owner lives on 1/2 of this 2.5 acre lot with a chain link fence dividing them. Separate gated entrance and driveway from the street. Room to grow a garden and other projects with owner permission.
