Location: 1.5 miles from St Mary's Hospital and The Paley Institute, Good Samaritan Hospital is 15 blocks. It is 8 blocks south of the Safe Harbor Rybovich Marina and close to Cracker Boy Boat Works. Northwood Village Shops and Restaurants are 8 blocks south. Clematis Street and City Place are also close. Parking is right in front of the door and off street. I am home in the front house most of the time and available with help and local information. I am looking for a 3 month lease minimum. All utilities are included in the rent.
