This place is pretty special. Tenants pay all utilities and keep the yard and space in nice shape. First, Last and Seurity Deposit required but I can give you a couple months to get the last month together. Nice landlady. 4 horses permitted but the pasture is rocky. No cig or cigar smoking not even outside. Woodstove is non-operable.
