Lime Lake is chrisp and clear. We spent many years here and are in Florida now. This Cottage/home basement could be finished for more bedrooms and family room. Basement has a 4 ft walk out door. This house is not cottage construction, its all 16 inch on center. The floor joist are full 2 inches by 10 inches and the wall studs are 2 inches by 4 inches not like the new 2x4s of today. This place is really built well. Also it has a great foundation and is not setting on piers. THIS HOME HAD A NEW ROOF INSTALLED IN AUGUST 2019. The new sewer system is all in place and working now. Also a separate attached lot could be bought giving plenty of room to build a big home. There are great community friends on the lake and you are close to everything. Also good internet access.
