Lower Salford's Historic "Dielman Kolb" house is for sale. Placed in the Pennsylvania Historical Registry in 1972, this house dates back to at least 1717. The Dielman Kolb house is a Germanic Style structure and was built after he purchased the 150 acres in 1717. Through time the house now sits on 2.5 acres.
