The home is only $569, the current rate if you were to start your own lease starts at $689 AND you'd still have to pay a deposit. As an added bonus, you pay NO DEPOSIT, and the complex is pet friendly! Our apartment is number 3309. Each building has their own mailbox area, ours is located in the center of our building. The complex is quiet and nice, and there are multiple dog parks in the complex. I imagine that this would be an ideal arrangement for you if you are looking for a lease that is just shy of 12 months. There are approximately 11 months remaining on my current lease. There are several amenities at Ridgecrest, which include: swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, 24 hour fitness center, sand volley ball, 24 hour maintenance services, and a 24 hour laundry facility. The community is tucked away off of Washington Road; leaving you access to ALL of the shopping and dining on this main road (Bone Fish Grill, Red Lobster, Zaxbys, Kroger, Publix, Stein Mart, DSW, LIDL, Target, really just to name a few). Ridgecrest offers a Lease Modification, which is similar to a sublease; but really much more secure. The security deposit remains with the apartment, so you will not need to pay a deposit when you move in. I actually have a really great rate on my apartment right now, so you will lock in this rate until the lease term is up.
