Come to our office and view the property, the next step is to fill out the online application including our pet screening. 4. If you are approved, all approved applicants will go for review with the Homeowner. 5. Once accepted the next step is to pay the security deposit as determined with an email/text that will be sent out to you. You will have access to our online payment portal to complete this process.
