This apartment features a stunning chef's kitchen and a wood-paneled dining room, which can double as a meeting space if needed. The large living room has a sofa, multiple seating areas, and a smart TV where you can log in to your own streaming accounts. There's also an HDMI hook-up for your laptop. The primary bedroom is luxurious, with its one-of-a-kind, antique gold bed. It is a king-size and has an incredibly comfortable memory foam mattress and soft, breathable Comphy sheets. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, each with a memory foam mattress. The bathroom is spacious and spa-like with built-in cabinets for plenty of storage and an updated shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality pots, pans, and accessories, as well as a dishwasher. For coffee and tea, there is a French press coffee maker, burr grinder, electric kettle, locally roasted whole bean coffee, and assorted teas and cocoa. Entertainment options include fast Wi-Fi, a Roku TV, books and games, and foosball (in shared laundry room). A washer and dryer are in the unit (private) and in the building (shared with other guests). Detergent and an iron/ironing board are included. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests (there are 4 other apartments in the building) and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, including a gas barbecue, hammocks, fire pit, outdoor dining room with seating for 10, corn hole, covered front porch with sectional sofa, swings, native gardens, and fountains.

Eden Brae is on Cliff Road, between the popular neighborhoods of Forest Park and Highland Park. Just a few blocks away, you will find parks, restaurants, coffee, golf, and tennis! Highland Park Golf and Tennis Club is just a block away. Rushton Park, one of the three parks lining Highland Avenue, is just a couple of blocks away. On the other side of Highland Park Golf Course, you will find Forest Park, which is home to a couple of cute restaurants and shops. Walk a few blocks further to enjoy the beautiful park, brewery, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and stores in Avondale. Eden Brae is just a couple of miles from most of Birmingham's most popular attractions: Railroad Park, the Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Avondale, Sloss Furnace, the Art Museum, Regions Field, Vulcan Park, and Downtown's Entertainment and Civil Rights Districts.
