We were charging $800 v.s. $1,100 (original rent) and lowered it to $800 for this slightly minimal change in our household. Our time at home is spent on decompressing and relaxing and this will not change even with the baby, that being said if you're looking for a party place this isn't it. We understand the need for people who seek a peaceful living, this is that home. We're easy to get along with, free-spirited, and respectful of privacy and space. We hope you too!
