The room is on the 2nd floor of the townhouse. It comes fully furnished with a bed, a dresser, a desk, and a spacious closet. The bathroom and the full kitchen are shared with one other tenants on the same floor. There is small sundeck where you can enjoy nice weather outside. The property is conveniently located a block away to Columbia Heights metro and to the green line, where you can find all excitement of restaurants (i.e Chick fil a, Chipotle, Panda express ect), Groceries stores (i.e Target and Giant) and other retails at DCUSA shopping center. Fixed $70 utilities every month. the Wi-Fi is courtesy of the landlord. One month security deposit is retained during your stay, please respond with your information for move in date. At least 6 months. Less than 6 months there's short term fee for extra $100 a month.
