It has a large two car garage with plenty of space to store skis, bikes and other fun stuff. Can rent a garage spot for $30 a month. No pets please. It is 2 miles from 2 lightrail stations to take you downtown or to the airport. 12 min drive from downtown. Just 3 minutes from the 29th Avenue Town Center that has a bunch of cute restaurants and bars plus an amphitheater that they have concerts in during the summer. 3 minutes from King Soopers, 6 from Sam's Club and Walmart. 4 blocks from the nearest park but it has tons of parks nearby. 5 min to City Park. The closest breweries are Station 26 and Long Table Brewhouse which are both only 1 mile away.
