Some groceries shop (ie Target and Giant) and restaurants (Cava, Chipotle, Panda express, and Chick fil a ) are within walking distance The room comes with dining furniture, full sized bed with dresser, a kitchenette and a silverware, and en suite bathroom. The room is on the second floor. A shared laundry is on the first floor. One month security deposit is required. Utility fixed $70 a month. Wifi is courtesy of the landlord.
