High speed gigabit wifi and internet tv (no cable; please use Amazon prime, Verizon stream, Hulu, Netflix, etc.). There is a whole house high-velocity forced air heating and cooling system that creates soothing background white noise; it also blocks out any other noise. You will find the home to be a very quiet space. Downstairs you'll find a very comfortable and deep tufted velvet sofa and 65" TV in the living room, an electric fireplace next to a relaxing window settee (perfect for reading or meditation), and tasteful decorations.
