Please come to our office located at 241 Andrews (downtown, between N Clinton and St Paul) to fill out an application ($10 nonrefundable fee for every person over 18). We conduct a background check (NO felonies, repeated misdemeanors, evictions in the past 3 years and judgements of over $100 against you). You will need a valid photo ID, SS card and proof of income (4 current consecutive pay stubs or SSI award letter).
