It also has a spacious outdoor deck with room for seating area and small urban garden, dishwasher, garbage disposal, lofted ceilings, and gas fireplace. Condo also includes 2 single car garages (detached) with remote access, plus unassigned off-street and on-street parking. Building is always locked and has a coded entry for residents only.
