We're also only about 2 miles from the 1st Ave HyVee and CVS, and only 1.5 miles (a beautiful walk!) to Short's Burgers Eastside and Blackstone Grill. The property feeds into the Lemme Elementary school district. The property includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with double sinks. Washer and dryer are in unit. It also has a spacious outdoor deck with room for seating area and small urban garden, dishwasher, garbage disposal, lofted ceilings, and gas fireplace. Condo also includes 2 single car garages (detached) with remote access, plus unassigned off-street and on-street parking. Building is always locked and has a coded entry for residents only.
