STUDIO apartments have a nice size living space, full kitchen and dining area. A separate dressing area and bathroom.
ONE-BEDROOM have a living room, bedroom, full kitchen and dining and a separate dressing area and bathroom.
One year lease. The owners pays for the water, trash and gas. The tenant's only extra expense is your electricity and internet.
