( No other pet is allowed) - The dog must be approved prior to booking and must be kept only in the living room while unsupervised. - The dog must be registered with proof of current vaccination. - The dog must be leashed while outside the unit. - There is one primary parking spot for the unit. Additional guest parking in the complex is on a first come first serve basis and not guaranteed. Property can accommodate only TWO cars. - Quiet hours are in effect 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. Please be respectful of your neighbors. - No sand in the bath tubs , kitchen sink and washer. Owner pays for water
