One Bedroom, fully furnished apartment with private entry in a wonderful neighborhood. Bedroom has a double bed that sleeps two. Living room has a full pull out bed from the sleeper couch. Kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, TV and dishwasher, as well as other appliances such as coffee machine, mixer, toaster, toaster oven, blender, ect . Washer and dryer combo in apartment. Everything is included with the rent, utilities, wifi/internet. Only cost is the rent. I am willing to do a shorter term than one year. No smoking on the property and no large parties. Renter has one designated parking space in the driveway right next to the entrance to the apartment. The lease term is negotiable. Tenant is required to keep apartment in good condition. On site are two large trash containers, one for trash and one for recyclables.
