Hello is a nice Apartment with 3 rooms no living room, just kitchen and bath access 1 bath really big, all the common areas need to be clean bath and kitchen in every use, is 800 per rent it have 2 closet and a King side bed great for a couple but is for only 1 if is a couple for the water and light $100 more will be added. The cleaning in the house is 100% important that can take you out of the place if you don't keep it no talking about your expense all the room in the house are private you only have access to your room there the cleaning is optional but all the other areas of the house you need to keep it ass you will find in your first visit every thing in place the Cleaning Highest Quality level is no joke. La limpieza en la casa es 100% importante que puede sacarte del lugar si no la mantienes, sin hablar de tus gastos, toda la habitacion de la casa es privada, solo tienes acceso a tu habitacion alli, la limpieza es opcional, pero todas las demas areas de la casa que necesitas para mantenerla, encontraras en tu primera visita todo lo que esta en su lugar, el nivel de limpieza mas alto de calidad no es una broma.
