Beautifully restored classic center hall Colonial with Victorian influences. Perched atop Pittsburgh's Observatory Hill neighborhood, the current owner painstakingly and meticulously revived the intricate details of the home, modernizing it while keeping true to its original style. The exterior was painted in 2014 to highlight the woodwork details. Door hardware and fireplaces were stripped down to highlight their unique patterns and carvings. Aluminum and gold foil paint were used to highlight the designs in the fireplaces along with the ceiling moldings in several of the bedrooms.
